The maternal aunt and uncle have temporary custody of our 3 year old granddaughter. With only supervised timesharing once a month, with maternal aunt or uncle supervising the visits.

We need the funds to re-open the petition for temporarty custody be extended family, and file a motion for a new timesharing plan. A plan that will allow our granddaughter to visit her father and grandparents in our home unsupervised.

We are only receving SS funds and our son works part time and cannot afford a lawyer to re-open the case. The $1000 will pay the lawyer and the court to re-open the case.
